Question 1

What is an HRIS?

Accepted Answer

An HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is software that centralises and automates HR processes: employee records, payroll, time and attendance, recruitment, talent, training. TogetHeR is a modular HRIS published by YESS CONSULTING.

Question 2

Do we have to take every TogetHeR module?

Accepted Answer

No. TogetHeR is fully modular. Personnel management is the base; you add payroll, time, talent, recruitment or the collaborative workspace according to your priorities.

Question 3

Does TogetHeR handle Tunisian and French payroll?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The payroll engine is configurable by pay items and collective agreements and manages several companies, in Tunisia as in France.

Question 4

Does TogetHeR interface with our time clocks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TogetHeR interfaces automatically with existing time clocks: hours flow into time management, then into counters and payroll.

Question 5

How much does TogetHeR cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the modules selected and your headcount. A proposal is prepared after discussing your context, with an ROI study if you wish.
